I went out onto the Hill of Tara in Meath the other day after the meditation class. I love it up there, always find I gain a new perspective when walking the land. It was one of the first places my clairvoyance really kicked in! I feel so incredibly blessed to be facilitating weekly classes there. I decided to share some of the meditations we do in the classes so have recently started to record them live (my friend Fiona is in charge of this and Courtney Davis adds the music and video, so grateful to them both ❤️❤️🌀!).
On Saturday the 21st of December I recorded a guided angelic meditation live from the class for the solstice. It’s a guided visualisation, encouraging the listener to connect with their angelic guardians. Also allowing the listener to consider what it is that you would let go of if you could release anything at this time and what it is that you would manifest into your life going forward. Although it was recorded for the Solstice it can support youhttpsno matter when you listen to it particulary if your working on releasing something from your life or bringing new energy in.
