Crystal Healing

I incorporates crystal healing into almost all of my treatments as crystals help and assist to hold the healing energies during treatments.

What is Crystal Healing Therapy?

Crystal HealingCrystal healing on its own is also a very powerful and relaxing treatment. Crystals work by vibrating at a frequency undetectable to the human senses. These vibrations help to lift the clients own vibrations and allow the body to heal energy blockages and imbalances within the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Each type of crystal has its own unique healing properties and are useful in healing all ailments within the human body.

What is the Chakra System?

Crystal HealingI work with the chakra system during these healing treatments. A chakra is an energy point in the subtle body. Chakras are part of the subtle body, not the physical body, and as such are the meeting points of the subtle (non-physical) energy channels, called nadiis. Nadiis are channels in the subtle body through which the life force (prana) or vital energy moves.
There are seven main chakras in the human body. When our body is harmonized and in balance these channels are also in balance and harmonized. When the body is under stress, tension, grief or fear energy can become blocked in the areas most affected by stress and thus eventually physical manifestations of this stress can occur i.e. Irritable bowel, ulcers, low immune system, back pain, shoulder issues, feeling tired and out of sorts, depression, reoccurring colds, tension headaches etc.

Crystals assist the body to balance and come back into alignment with its own natural state of peace.

How is a treatment carried out?

Crystal HealingThe participant will typically lie up on the plinth fully clothed and I will place crystals on or near the chakras and also on specific areas of pain or discomfort, care is always taken never to place crystal on inappropriate areas. I will remain with the participant for the duration of the treatment and may place my hands on the participants head, shoulder or abdominal area as part of the treatment, this will be explained to the participant in detail before the treatment
